Property Policies

PET FEES

One-time non-refundable $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per room up to 7 nights. Pets may not be left unattended in the room and must be on leash while on property. Any damage, harm, or disturbance is solely the responsibility and liability of the owner.

SMOKING FEE

All of The Quail Lodge’s guest rooms are 100% smoke-free. Smoking of any kind including vaping and e-cigarettes, is prohibited inside of the guest room. A smoking fee up to $1000 will be applied to any room with smoke odor and or residue is present.

CLEANLINESS FEE

An additional cleanliness fee up to $1000 cases where the room is left in excessively dirty or damaged condition beyond normal use.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT

An incidental deposit of $100 dollar per night will be taken upon check in. Incidental deposits will be used for any fees that the guest may incur for additional purchases placed on the room folio. If the deposit is consumed throughout the guest stay, additional authorizations will be taken.

EXCESSIVE GUEST DISTURBANCE

Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and end at 8am however. An excessive disturbance charge of up to $1000 will be applied to any disruptive guests. Any additional compensation that is issued due to the impacts of excessive noise to another guest may also be applied to the offending guest’s folio.

CONDUCT OF EVENTS

The Patron agrees to conduct the event in an orderly manner in full compliance with applicable laws, and The Quail Lodge rules and regulations. The Patron will assume full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at the event, and for any damage done to any part of the premises during the time of the event caused by Patron or persons in attendance. The Quail reserves the right to exclude or reject all objectionable persons from the function(s), or the Lodge premise without liability.
