Our professional staff can provide everything you need to make the event a success, from organizing a catered meal to setting up a customized audiovisual system.

Quail Lodge & Golf Club offers over 8,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space. Our Monterey venues include:

  • The Peninsula Ballroom: With 2,970 sq. ft. of space, The Ballroom features three walls of windows, allowing for natural light, cathedral ceilings and an outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course. Seats up to 180 guests with dance floor, 240 for banquets, and 350 for reception.
  • The Garden Room: The Garden Room offers 740 sq. ft. of space surrounded by windows. This room overlooks the gardens and clubhouse pool. Seats up to 80 guests.
  • The Oak Room: A surrounding terrace offers spectacular scenery and natural light for this 550 sq. ft. space. Seats up to 50 guests
  • The Valley Room: Located at the Lodge, this flexible meeting space has the latest in technology and offers 1500 square feet of meeting space. Seats up to 125 guests.
  • The Glass House: Located at the Lodge, 420 square foot intimate room is perfect for a board meeting or breakout room and features a working fireplace. Seats up to 25 guests.
  • Quail Meadows: This is Quail Lodge & Golf Club's spectacular outdoor ceremony location with an expansive lawn, nearby lake and tree-covered hillsides. Quail Meadows is an ideal place for weddings, company team-building activities, and formal dining. Seats up to 1,000 guests
