Quail's Flex Time Program

Extra time is one of the most meaningful gifts we can provide our guests. Therefore, Quail Lodge & Golf Club is pleased to offer guests who book a qualifying Suite category for select stay dates beginning 3/1/2021 the opportunity to take advantage of a distinctive flexible check-in and check-out program where you can arrange to have a room ready as early as 9:00am on your arrival date and check out as late as 4:00pm on your departure date at no extra charge when you book directly through quaillodge.com or through our reservations line at 1 (866) 675-1101*.

How to Arrange Quail's Flex Time

1. Once you have booked a qualifying Suite category, contact Quail Lodge's Front Desk by phone at 1 (831) 624-2888 x 7 or by email at lodgedesk@quaillodge.com to provide your Reservation Confirmation Number and your Estimated Time of Arrival and Estimated Time of Departure. This information is required in advance in order to arrange your desired early check-in or late check-out times. Restrictions may apply to bookings made within 48 hours of date of arrival.
2. We will make every effort to ensure that the booked qualifying Suite category is available for your arranged early check-in time. However, if the Suite is not yet available at your time of arrival, you will be provided a complimentary "Hospitality Guestroom" to relax in until a room becomes available. At that time, you will be transferred to a booked Suite category to enjoy for the duration of your stay!
