Surrounded by windows, this room overlooks the gardens and clubhouse pool. Perfect for dinners or meeting functions.

Oak Room

A surrounding terrace offers spectacular scenery and fills the room with natural light. Ideal for board meetings.

Valley Room
(1,500 sq. ft.; seats up to 60)
Off the lobby, with a private outdoor patio. Perfect for cocktail reception or hospitality area.

Glass House
(420 sq. ft.; seats up to 24)
At the main lodge. Offers plenty of natural light and patios where guests can linger.

Sun Room
(360 sq. ft.; seats up to 20)
Windows and a glass-vaulted ceiling provide natural lighting. Perfect for a private dinner serviced by The Covey. Also can be used for board meetings with lunch on The Covey deck overlooking Mallard Lake.

Quail Meadows
This spectacular outdoor venue can accommodate up to 200 people. With an expansive lawn, nearby lake and tree-covered hillsides, it’s an ideal choice for company team-building activities and formal dining.
